Good racing boys great to see you giving it everything you had out on the track.
D Grade was also won by another Junior with Ben Lingard doing it pretty easy and reading the race very well and using the few years he’s being riding to know he was strong enough to get away at the end. Well done Benny.

2nd Ben Laughrn

Grade seamed to be on the gas from the go in very windy conditions. Nothing in the way of attacks just keeping the pace high to see if the group would break up. Good to see 1 of my country men land on Australian soil 2 weeks ago and already hitting the Crit track at full pace. A big Toowoomba welcome to Dave Swann and his wife. The race came down to a very close bunch sprint with another junior hitting out early only to be caught on the line.
1st Nathan Sander
2nd Kaleb Genrich u17
3rd Damian Doran ( it’s been a long time )
B Grade raced for 40 minute plus 2 laps and started early with a few riders attacking the bunch to see who were the stronger riders and who would be prepared to do some work if they were to get away. Justin Eastwell, Harvey Silk and Tom Galbraith seamed to be the instigators of all the mini attacks and trying to animate the race. With about 10-15 minutes of racing left Tom rode off the front of the group and no one took up the chase until Harvey Silk decided he was far enough away to ride across to him only to keep the pace high when he reached him. The attack from Harvey splintered the group with only Justin Eastwell and Steven Randall responding late from the group and worked together but unable to bridge the gap to Harvey who crossed the line solo with Justin and Steve sprinting for the podium places.

A Grade had 3 of the Team TLD boys and 2 riders step up to A grade for the first time, well done Adam Grams and Adam
McCormick there will be no stopping you both now. Some big attacks from Dean Russel and Trent West of the TLD Team manage to unhitch a few riders but both the boys were out FOXED by Gary Kristensen’s early sprint for the line and was
able to hold on for the win. ( What Did The Fox Say? )
1st Gary Kristensen
2nd Trent West
3rd Dean Russel
Some great racing and great to see the juniors coming through with 3 podium finishes in the 4 grades. Looking forward to the 3 Wednesday afternoon crits in November 13-20 & 27th, lets get the information out early and improve on the great numbers that we had last year. Good luck to all the rides racing the Bikeline Be Better Psychology Criterium next Sunday 27th.
Thanks Dave Silk for the report.
