The second race in the champs started off with a Junior event which was a ton of fun for the kids. They all raced very well and we will continue to promote the event for the youngsters. C & D grades got underway after that and there was some very fast and attaching action in both grades. Lucas continues to extend his lead in D grade while Chris Head and Matt Needham picked up some valuable points to boost their title chances in C grade. A & B grades got underway with some spectacular thunder and lightening but after about 15mins of racing, the rain came tumbling down. Who would have thought it actually rains in Toowoomba. The races were called off so enterents in A & B will automatically go into this Saturdays race (31st Oct 2009).
