All current and 2012 members of Bikeline Racing, Sponsors, and partners, are invited to attend the Bikeline Racing AGM meeting and 2012 Awards presentation. The meeting is to be held at 4.00pm on the 20th of January 2013 in the Events room, upstairs at Metro Cafe Railway Street, Toowoomba. Finger food will be provided. Drinks will be available over the bar.
All club committee positions will be declared vacant and open for election. Please consider nominating for a position. Our club is financially secure, well structured and strongly supported.
This gathering is your chance to get involved and have a say in the future direction of Bikeline Racing, as well as a means to show support for our fellow racers.
We have a couple of negotiations currently underway for a Gold sponsor. With your input, the club will need to decide on which areas our funding should be prioritized in 2013. Previously, we have subsidised our members club kit and race entry costs and covered the cost of commissaire training for a number of our members. You may have other suggestions.
2012 Awards to be presented are grades A, B, C and D, Track, Womens and Volunteer.
This event will be a chance to informally catch up, present our awards, and to conduct a brief meeting for the election of office bearers for 2013.
